Pretty much born with the sometimes fatal disease that is depression. Clean of drugs and alcohol for near 27 years. Yeah ha.

Cycling helps greatly with my mental health and health, cycling is soul food. It is a primary tool to keep me on track for the journey of life. The world is a better place with bikes in it. Can never have enough bikes. N+1
