Luke – Riding is a passion, as well as a remedy.

I tune in to my breathing and the rhythm of the pedals rotating, then reflect and begin to figure things out.

I ride alone most of the time. It’s still good to ride with others now and again.

The Surrey Hills are on my doorstep and where I ride most. I will often cycle in normal clothes and use flat pedals, which feels great. I never measure my rides with a cycle computer, prefering to document them through photography, storytelling and artworks.

I’m an artist and teacher, dad to three beautiful children and husband to an amazing wife. I’m thrilled to be a part of Solitude Seekers CC.
