I started cycling around 3 years ago after i had to sell my car.
Since then I’ve found it a monumental aid in my recovery from alcohol and helping my mental health. I’ve tried to join a few cycling clubs, but only managed one ride then my anxiety kicks in! Bummer right.
So with my love of cycling still a huge part of my life I do it on a regular basis, whether its a commute to work or a long ride on my days off. Just being out on the bike, in the hills, by the sea, in the woods. It changes how you feel.
And thats what cycling is about, you! Making yourself feel better each time.
