Born in the West of Scotland in the 60’s, but a 30+ years North Londoner
Sailor, Windsurfer and Rugby player in the old days, Runner, Swimmer and Triathlete in the middle, then in 2012 like many others I discovered Road Cycling and have never looked back!
Happiest when I can be outside in the fresh air enjoying the road, nature and the countryside.
Long servant of the Drinks Industry and lover of a bit of DIY, Dogs and Gardening.
