My name is Shaun Morgan, 46 years old, suffered with mental health issues all my life. As an only child I’m content on my own, happy to ponder, even if the subject matter is painful.

Cycling has given me a focus, a feel good factor I’ve been unable to find elsewhere.

My bike is the only thing that’s never turned its back on me.
